Starting out as a fashion model, Alex has always wanted to share stories. She began writing for magazines with an insider’s perspective on the industry. Since attending Boston University’s College of Communications, her studies have focused on writing and directing.

Her two internships for Samuel Goldwyn Films and The Producers Films gave her great insight into pre- and post-production. She took these lessons and has applied them to her freelance work. Since graduating she has been nominated for several awards, as well as a recipient of 2 Los Angeles Film Awards for her screenplay, Black Sheep.

She is currently based in New York City, most recently freelancing in social media with Late Bloomer Creative. She is currently writing a feature film for a major production company.
